Malaysia Airlines provide special services to cater to passengers who require special care. These passengers can be the aged, expectant mothers, unaccompanied young children and the physically challenged.
Special Assistance provided by Malaysia Airlines are as follows:
*
  Young passengers travelling alone
*
  Escort services (for young passengers below 5 years travelling alone)
*
  Carriage of sick and incapacitated passengers
*
  Porterage (for oversize baggage at check-in counter only)

Special Meal Request
Special meal requests based on medical and religious grounds can be considered. This request must be ordered and confirmed no less than 24 hours prior to departure time and made at the time of booking.
 
Wheelchair Request
*
  On-ground wheelchair and in-flight wheelchair requests can be made through reservations for physically challenged passengers.
*
  However, in-flight wheelchairs are only available in B747-400 and B777-200 aircraft. For passengers who may need to travel on other than these two types of aircraft, their flight booking can be accepted but "Conditions of Acceptance to travel on A330-300/B737-400" is to follow.
*
  It is recommended that all requests should be made not later than 24 hours before flight departure.
*
  There is no charge for this facility.
 
Stretcher Request
*
  Stretcher requests can be made through reservations.
*
  Passengers travelling on a stretcher will normally be accepted for carriage on B747-400, B777-200, A330-300, A330-200, B737-400 and F50 aircraft only.
*
  It is recommended that all requests should be made not later than 24 hours before flight departure.
*
  Special charges apply.
*
