Exclusive Front-End Check-In Area
The Exclusive Front-end Check-in Area offers personalised service in a dedicated area for Enrich Gold members as well as for First Class and Golden Club Class passengers at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).


Upon entering the area, passengers will be greeted and offered the choice of direct check-in at the counter or be seated while the Malaysia Airlines officer monitor the length of the queue.

If there’s a group checking-in, only one passenger from the group needs to perform the check-in while the rest can wait comfortably on the sofas. Once passengers received their boarding passes, they can proceed for Immigration clearance through our Premier Lane facility.

Advance Check-in
You can check in your baggage as early as eight hours ahead of flight departure. Advance check-in for groups departing the next day is available starting from 1800 hours the day before. Your boarding pass will only be issued on the same day of departure. Check-in counter is open from 0400hrs-2400hrs daily. Applicable for KL International Airport only.
 
Return Check-in
Frequent business travellers will enjoy using our Return Check-in service.This service allows you to check in on your departure day without having to perform a second check-in on return from the same destination on the same calendar day. To enjoy this facility, there must be no baggage to check-in on the return flight and your return journey must be confirmed. This service is applicable only to domestic flights within Malaysia and flights to Singapore. 
 
One-Shot Through Check-in
Another convenient service offered is the One-shot Through Check-in service. This service enables passengers to check in only once to their final destination. Your luggage will be transferred automatically to your final destination (except those connecting to and from foreign carriers). Transfer passengers will also get to use a special flight information display (FIDS), available throughout the airport, to keep them updated on the status of their connecting flight and which gate they will have to board the plane. This facility is available for connecting flights that have been confirmed and which are on the same calendar day.
 
No Baggage Check-in
This service is available for passenger travelling from Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu airports, and also applicable for travel within Malaysia and between Kuching and Singapore.
 
Telephone Check-in
Our convenient Telephone Check-in service is available for our First Class and Golden Club Class as well as Enrich Gold members. This service allows the passenger to call us in advance before arrival at the airport. Upon arrival, the passenger's boarding pass will be ready for collection. The passenger will only need to arrive at the airport 30 minutes before departure if no baggage is to be checked in and 40 minutes, if there is baggage.

 

 
 

Telephone Check-in

Available for our First Class, Golden Club Class and Enrich Gold Members. You can call in advance of your arrival at the airport. Upon arrival, your boarding pass will be ready for collection.
